CLADEC Colombia and ATREX Chile are working closely together towards the sharing of information between the two Customs Administrations. Bernardo Escobar, Colombian Customs Head was invited by CLADEC Colombia and ATREX to visit Chile to show the facilities and the technology implemented by that country in the customs arena. The objective of the meeting is for the Colombian Customs Head to see the customs processes and get the knowledge to consider a similar implementation in Colombia.

CLADEC continues to work to improve this intra-regional collaboration that benefits each and every local association and helps raise the bar on Latin American customs practices.
