CAFTA-DR Public-Private Sector Dialogue on Trade Facilitation
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), on behalf of the Governments of the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the United States, and in cooperation with the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America (AACCLA), will be hosting a Public-Private Sector Dialogue on the CAFTA-DR Trade Facilitation Initiative on January 24th, 2012 at The Biltmore Hotel Coral Gables, Florida.
Meet Maritza Castro, Chairman of the CLADEC Customs Committee
CLADEC is pleased to welcome a new Chairman, Maritza Castro. Maritza Castro joined DHL Express as Head of Customs & Regulatory Affairs for the Americas Region on September 1, 2011. Maritza is based in Washington, DC. Prior to working at DHL and CLADEC, Maritza was at Dell, Inc where she held the position of Senior Consultant, Government Affairs & International Policy since 2007.

2011 CLADEC Annual Meeting Success
We would like to thank all the participants of the 2011 CLADEC Annual Meeting for creating an engaging and fun conference. This has been the largest turnout yet, with about 60 participants from over 24 countries. We hope to see you next year!
